These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Infeeds (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to read, share, and link to articles, provided you do so lawfully and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically harvest content without our written permission.
- Republish full articles in bulk, on automated sites, or in any form that competes with the Site.
- Use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
2. Content
All editorial content on the Site is the work of the named author and is provided for general information only. We make a reasonable effort to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any information is complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Opinions expressed are the author’s and do not necessarily reflect the views of Infeeds.
We may edit, update, or remove content at any time without notice. Where we correct a material error we will mark the change at the bottom of the article.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its original content (articles, design, code, graphics, and the “Infeeds” name and logo) are owned by Infeeds or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, link to, and quote short excerpts (with attribution and a link back to the original) for non-commercial use. For all other uses, please contact us first.
4. User contributions
If you submit a story pitch, comment, or other material to us, you grant Infeeds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and publish that material in any medium, including after the original submission date. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence and that the material does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
We may decline to publish, edit, or remove submitted material at our discretion.
5. Links to third-party sites
The Site contains links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Infeeds. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and following a link is at your own risk.
6. Advertising and sponsored content
The Site displays advertising. Sponsored content is clearly labelled as “Sponsored” or equivalent. Editorial coverage is not influenced by advertisers.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infeeds disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
